As a team, We observed and researched all the processes of the passengers from starting to think about their flight to coming back home. We aimed to improve all the touchpoints of the passenger's journey, from smart watches to kiosk apps at the airport.

As a result of the study, we completed the aviation ecosystem. I contributed to the team in the Project Plan, Research, Interaction Design, Prototyping, Visual Design for Website, Mobile apps, Smartwatches and Kiosk Applications.
